I understand that my participation and/or involvement in the use of resources/services provided by BEACHMASTERS carries with it the potential for certain risks, some of which may not be reasonably foreseeable.I further acknowledge that these risks could cause me, or others around me, harm, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, damage to property, emotional distress, or death.

I am a willing participant in the use of resources/services provided by BEACHMASTERS. By signing this agreement, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless BEACHMASTERS, as well as all its employees, agents, representatives, successors, etc. from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of my use of the resources/services provided by BEACHMASTERS. The blender provided by BEACHMASTERS may only be operated by persons 18 years of age or older.

Destruction of or damage to any/all BEACHMASTERS equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter in this agreement. This includes failure to follow instructions provided with respect to the equipment furnished during the rental period. Failure to exercise reasonable care and caution, including but not limited to, failure to replace coverings provided for both the speaker and blender, which results in immediate and/or irreparable damage to said equipment will render the guest responsible for the replacement cost of damaged equipment.
